Born 1952 – studied business studies, industrial design and technical didactics. Editor and product manager – since 1984 in technical comunication, executive publisher and author. Since 2000 professor of journalism and multimedia at the college of higher education Giessen-Friedberg, since 2004, principal of IFTK, institution for technical communication Hannover.
